↘ About

░ The app is designed as a support tool for families navigating complex daily routines. By giving parents and guardians more control and visibility over their child’s transportation, MyMobility aims to create a smoother, more reliable experience for everyone involved, families, drivers, and operators alike.

↘ Objective

░ The app had to be simple, clear, and accessible. Particular attention was paid to readability, clarity of language, and visual hierarchy to facilitate autonomous use.

░ By enabling real-time updates (like absence notifications or last minute changes), the app helps reduce stress and misunderstandings. Integrated messaging features offer a direct line of communication, improving trust and efficiency.

░ One of the main goals was to shift routine requests, such as scheduling changes, way from call centers and into the app. The design had to support this transition through a frictionless experience that minimizes user hesitation or error.
